Ride Policies

Reservations and availability

A website submission is a reservation request, not a final confirmation. Rides are confirmed only after Desert Limo accepts the request and any required deposit is completed. Dates, times, routes, add-ons, and special requests remain subject to availability and company policy.

The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for providing accurate trip and contact information.

Rates, deposit, and payment

The Signature ride begins at $650 for the first three hours for up to six guests. Each additional hour is $150. A $250 deposit is held when a reservation is made, and the remaining balance is due before departure. Gratuity is not included. The total shown during booking is an estimate until Desert Limo confirms the full itinerary, add-ons, and any applicable charges.

Text messages

When you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Desert Limo at that number, including booking confirmations and updates about your ride. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out does not cancel a booking; call 760-820-LIMO to change a ride.

Membership

A Desert Limo membership costs $1,000 and includes 10 prepaid chauffeur hours. Member reservations begin at one hour, and confirmed member reservations are deducted from the member’s remaining-hour balance. Gratuity, add-ons, and hours beyond the available membership balance are not included. Membership purchase and all member reservations remain subject to availability, these policies, and any written terms provided at checkout or confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

Please contact Desert Limo as soon as possible if timing, locations, passenger count, or other ride details change. Any cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or deposit terms provided with your reservation confirmation will apply to that ride.

Pets and service animals

Pets and non-service animals are not permitted in the vehicle. Trained service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law. Please share accommodation needs when booking when practical, so we can prepare the vehicle. Advance notice is appreciated but is not required for a trained service animal.

Passenger and vehicle care

Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions from the driver and may not engage in unlawful activity or behavior that threatens a passenger, the driver, the public, or the vehicle. The person making the reservation is responsible for the conduct of their party and for damage or extraordinary cleaning caused by the party, to the extent permitted by law.

Food, beverages, and special requests

Meals, alcohol, candy, florals, entertainment, and other custom rider requests are subject to availability, applicable law, age requirements, vendor terms, and Desert Limo approval. Allergies and dietary needs should be disclosed before the ride. Desert Limo cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Website information

We work to keep rates, dates, photos, and descriptions current. Final written confirmation controls if it expressly differs from general website information. Desert Limo may update these policies from time to time, with the effective date shown above.

Send a written service concern to Ride@desertlimo.com. Desert Limo will acknowledge and respond to a written service complaint within 15 days. You may also use the California Public Utilities Commission transportation complaint process.
